THE WINNERS OF THE ULTIMATE ARENA Italian Selection Latte art Grading System

The selection of the Lags Battle in Verona took place on Monday 12 October 2020 at Davide Cobelli's Coffee Training Academy with the support of the Black LAGS Jug Simone Cattani and the organization of the Latte Art Grading System.

16 competitors who competed for 3 different levels, from all over Italy, challenged each other in a 6-hour non-stop Battle in search of the best patterns evaluated by 2 judges (Fabio Dotti and Alessia Novello) led by Luigi Lupi (Ambassador Lags).

The winners have been:

MANUEL VERDINI - BLACK JUG

GIANLUCA TOFANI - RED JUG

MARCO SPAGNUOLO - GREEN JUG

The challenges were intense and demanding for everyone also because many of them were played at 3 to 2.

The others, on the other hand, will be sent back to the selections in Rome in February and then -  to follow -Senigallia and Palau, selections that are already almost all sold out!

The challenges of the 4 Italian selections will lead to a total of 12 competitors who will see the championship in October at Host in 2021
