It was an intense and highly competitive day, featuring qualified professionals ready to challenge themselves level after level in a technical contest defined by precision and focus. The evaluations were conducted according to rigorous criteria, ensuring an objective and structured assessment of latte art skills.
A particularly significant aspect of this stage was the presence of many competitors taking part in the circuit for the first time — a strong sign of the movement’s growth and of the increasing desire among professionals to measure themselves against structured and internationally recognized technical standards.
The LAGS system once again confirms itself as a global benchmark, combining method, performance, and quality in a format that truly enhances professional technical preparation.

2nd SELECTION STAGE
10 APRIL 2026 – NAPLES (MELITO DI NAPOLI)

From 02 March at 3:00 PM it will be possible to register for the second selection stage of 2026 for Green, Red, and Black levels. Registrations will be available through the official LAGS website.
Available spots for the selection stage:
8 spots – Green Level
4 spots – Red Level
4 spots – Black Level
Please note:
Each stage has a limited number of spots. The Latte Art Grading System reserves the right to define the final number of participants based on total registrations received. In case of excess applications, competitors may be moved to the next preferred stage.

GOLD LEVEL REGISTRATION OPENING
From 02 March at 3:00 PM it will be possible to register for the LAGS 2026 National Final, reserved for Gold Levels, scheduled for 26 June 2026 in Milan.
Registrations will be available through the official LAGS website.
Gold Level competitors will access the competition directly at the National Final.

Spots for the National Final are limited. The Latte Art Grading System reserves the right to determine the final number of participants based on the total number of registrations received.
The National Final will crown the Italian Champions 2026 and will represent a decisive step toward the World Championship scheduled for 7–8 November in Gijón (Asturias, Spain).
