Guidelines for LAGS-affiliated schools, trainers, and examiners worldwide

The Latte Art Grading System Headquarters is about to release brand-new official content designed for examiners, trainers, and accredited training centers:

• 3 updated timings
• 3 educational booklets
• Structured across Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels

These materials are not just simple aids, but a true system of guidelines created to ensure consistency, objectivity, and quality in preparing candidates for Latte Art Grading System certification worldwide.

Support for Trainers

With this release, trainers and examiners will have clear and structured tools at their disposal, useful for guiding baristas along a coherent and recognizable pathway—from White level all the way to Gold.

Each piece of content will be made available in a non-editable format, ensuring shared and recognizable standards on a global scale.Why This Release Matters

Trainers, examiners, and Authorized Grading Points will be allowed to include the official LAGS logo on LATTE ART GRADING SYSTEM course certificates.
⚠️ It will no longer be permitted to use the “LAGS approved” logo on a generic latte art course. Certificates must explicitly state: LATTE ART GRADING COURSE – specifying the level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced).

Through this initiative, LAGS reaffirms its mission: growing together with the international coffee and latte art community by offering a solid, progressive, and globally recognized training pathway.
