Parabiago (Milan), Italy – June 26, 2026 – The headquarters of Rancilio Group hosted the The LAGS Battle 2026 National Final, Italy's premier latte art championship, bringing together coffee professionals, industry partners, sponsors, and enthusiasts from across the country.

After months of qualifying events held at LAGS Grading Points throughout Italy, the nation's top competitors met in an exciting final competition defined by technical skill, precision, speed, and creativity, delivering an outstanding showcase of latte art excellence.

Sixteen finalists competed across the various competition levels before a panel of expert judges. They were joined by supporters, industry professionals, and around twenty sponsoring companies, making the National Final not only a competition but also a key networking event for the coffee and hospitality sectors.

At the conclusion of the competition, the new Italian Champions were crowned:

• Gold Level: Salvatore Riunno
• Black Level: Carmela Maresca
• Red Level: Danilo Esposito
• Green Level: Sara Tranfaglia

The Gold Level featured four finalists, while the Black, Red, and Green Levels each included three finalists.

With this achievement, the four champions have earned the honor of representing Italy at The LAGS Battle World Final, which will take place on November 7–8, 2026, in Gijón, Spain, where they will compete against the world's finest latte art professionals in one of the most prestigious international competitions in the discipline.

The focus now shifts to Spain, where Italy's newly crowned champions will proudly represent the country at the World Final, bringing Italian passion, craftsmanship, and excellence to the international stage.
