THE BRESCIA LAGS BATTLE– THE ULTIMATE ARENA

The very last stage of the Italian selection of The Lags Battle of Latte Art Grading System took place on Monday 26 June 2023 at the ULTIMATE ARENA in Brescia with the fantastic support of the Agust Torrefazione of Brescia.
18 Lags Warriors, professional baristas and latte art experts who challenged each other with shots of jug on the patterns of the competition disciplinary.
Out of three different categories, GREEN, RED AND BLACK, only one champion per level won the pole position to access the Italian national team at Host in October 2023.
The event was presented by the founder of the System, Luca Ramoni who, with the team of authorized Lags judges, Simone Cattani, Nicola Manzo and Fabio Proietto, decreed the baristas with the best hands to access the FINAL NATIONAL ARENA of Host in October 2023.
The winners of the individual categories were:
GREEN LEVEL: Fabio Proietto (Sicilia, Catania)
RED LEVEL: Chaoqun Zhao (Lombardia, Milano)
BLACK LEVEL: Yuequn Zheng (Lombardia, Milano)
