The Italian selection stages for the Latte Art Grading System competitions 2026 are back. These events will host professionals from the LAGS circuit and will crown the champions of the Green, Red, Black, and Gold levels, who will advance to the LAGS 2026 Italian National Final.

A journey made up of 3 selection stages + the National Final, a key step on the road to the World Championship on 7–8 November in Gijón (Asturias, Spain).

ACCESS TO THE 2026 STAGES – NUMBER OF PLACES

The number of available places for this year’s selection stages will be:

• 8 places – Green level
• 4 places – Red level
• 4 places – Black level

➡️ Gold level competitors will participate directly in the Italian National Final on 26 June 2026 in Milan.

📌 The dates and locations of the 2nd and 3rd stages will be announced gradually through the official LAGS channels.

Please note that the new regulation “The LAGS Battle 5.0” is now in force and can be downloaded from the LAGS website after logging in.

1st SELECTION STAGE - SHADOW ARENA

20 FEBRUARY 2026 – MILAN (ASSAGO), at ANFIM

From 26 January at 3:00 PM, it will be possible to register for the first stage scheduled for 2026, for Green, Red, and Black levels*.
Registrations will be available through the LAGS website.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• It will be possible to register for one stage at a time;
• Participation in the competition requires a fee of €45.

Please note that each stage has a limited number of places. The Latte Art Grading System therefore reserves the right to define the number of participants based on the number of registrations received. If the number exceeds availability, competitors will be moved to the next stage they wish to participate in.

LAGS NATIONAL FINAL 2026

📍 26 June 2026 – Milan

The National Final will crown the Italian Champions 2026 and represents a crucial step toward the World Championship on 7–8 November in Gijón (Asturias, Spain).

PARTICIPATION IN THE NATIONAL FINAL – GOLD LEVELS

For GOLD level competitors, participation will take place directly in the National Final
(26 June 2026 – Milan).
