The National Latte Art Grading System Championship Debuts in Bolivia

An exciting event took place in Cochabamba, Bolivia, during the first edition of FEXCO Café & Cacao, where highly talented baristas showcased their passion, skill, and precision in every cup.

The official organization of the National Latte Art Grading System (LAGS) Championship in Bolivia was managed by Cafibol, with the support of Ignazio Trovato, ensuring a transparent and highly professional competition in full compliance with international LAGS standards.

The event was further enhanced by the حضور of Rafael Stein Valle, International LAGS Judge, confirming the prestige and high technical level of the competition.

In the Green Level of the National LAGS Tournament Bolivia, the following baristas demonstrated their expertise:

• Isaías Castillo

with the valuable support of assistants:

• Javier Valdivia

• René Galindo

The winner of the Green Level was Brayan Rodríguez.
